So this song is about the current pandemic (yeah I know, another “lockdown anthem!”) Covid19 has been a shock to the system, the like of which most of us in the West haven’t seen in our lifetimes. The disruption and fear has plunged so many, including myself into depression and even after all this time we still don’t know when everything will be back to normal.
But there is hope, a hope outside of ourselves, and a hope we cannot manufacture no matter how hard we try, which is why it is trustworthy.

This song is probably the most Christian song I’ve put out in a while. I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but times like these are when my faith is important and I’m not shy of saying so. Love to all, Joe
